I'm switching from u s bank because I had a discrepancy on my account and I went through the channels and proved with with my receipt, and they still allowed the money to go through this was the second time they did not correct the problem they just left me with a empty wallet and I can't live by crumbs alone. This is the second time they have cashed a business check out of my personal account. I also had to come in not once but twice to get my name changed because they missed a signature. After the second time at the branch it was still not changed online. Don’t even try to call them. 9 out of 10 times it will go to voicemail during opening hours. Update: I was pleasantly surprised with a call from Craig. He went above and beyond to make things right. When the world happens, kindness and understanding go a long way. We split the late fees and that is fair! I feel relieved. This is what a neighborhood bank should be. I've been with ANB for many years. I have been happy with the service. Been trying to move into my new house went in on Friday after I got paid to get a cashier's check they didn't have any and now I can't use my card to get a cashier's check so Monday morning I'll be closing my account
The branch on Circle's ATM is always out of order and very seldom works, and they are closed on Saturdays! What kind of bank operates like this!
