Update: I was pleasantly surprised with a call from Craig. He went above and beyond to make things right. When the world happens, kindness and understanding go a long way. We split the late fees and that is fair! I feel relieved. This is what a neighborhood bank should be. I've been with ANB for many years. I have been happy with the service. Been trying to move into my new house went in on Friday after I got paid to get a cashier's check they didn't have any and now I can't use my card to get a cashier's check so Monday morning I'll be closing my account
The branch on Circle's ATM is always out of order and very seldom works, and they are closed on Saturdays! What kind of bank operates like this!
This location has a sign that they have an ATM but they don't because its been stolen and they're too cheap to replace it. Edit: They did replace the ATM, but im not going to use a location where an ATM has been stolen before. It makes me think I'll get robbed on the parking lot. No thanks.
