My experience working with Kes was unpleasant at best.
Good costumer service. The only pharmacy I found that can compound oral Pregnenolone with minimal fillers and especially free of silicon dioxide, stearate or other nasty fillers.
They shipped my order a full 46 days after I ordered it and they sent it to the wrong address. I called and wrote multiple times in the 46 day window and when I got responses (which were few) they told me just to wait. I just got notification that they sent the package and I can see via the fed ex tracking code that it is being sent to the wrong address.
If u could give 0 stars I would. This company has the nerve to hire people then 3-4 weeks later lay people off….. If you want something that’s a forever position don’t work here
Changed my name for privacy. I asked for help with my prescription because my provider gave me a prescription with a different doctor’s name on it which raised concerns. I asked for an ingredient list of my prescription because I am breastfeeding and the customer support BLOCKED my email?! What are you hiding? Actually insane.
