Great company with high ethical standards! My delivery was timely and customer service was excellent.
I get two medication’s from this company and they’re amazing! The ease of ordering and delivery is top-notch! I have recommended this company to several of my friends, and they have all had the same experience.
Hands down worst customer service experience ever. They do not accept FSA/HSA payments because of payment coding and they do not accept insurance. That right there is a red flag. So I used a debit card to pay and a month later their accounts receivable department is pestering me to pay in full again! These jokers are trying to scare me into paying with threats of collection agencies even though I have receipts, and was on the phone when they approved payment, and they already sent the product.
