I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from this office. Over the past year, I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the office via phone calls, text messages, communication apps, and voicemails, yet most of the time, I never received a response. The lack of communication has continued to worsen over the past year. Earlier on, when I was a new patient, I was occasionally able to get a response from the office, but more recently, my repeated attempts to reach someone have gone unanswered.... read more

DISAPPOINTED!!!! LOVE LOVE dr .Moore and her staff. but today I was seen by another provider and it was not it, I never had a problem with any of her staff but she made me feel completely belittle. I dont even want to be seen by Veronica ever again!

Contacting the office has been very unsatisfactory in terms of call back and getting my prescriptions has also been unsatisfactory. I've called since July for one of my prescriptions and no one from the office has called me back.

They get you in and out, my only issue with them is they don’t answer the phone.It shouldn’t be so hard trying to reach them. I shouldn’t have to come in and speak to the receptionist for a simple question that could’ve been answered over the phone.
