I had Gerry and his crew do a bathroom remodel and hard wood floors nearly a year ago He is very nice at first meeting and on the phone. However, fast forward a year later. Come to find out the toilet was improperly installed and it leaked toilet water into my kitchen. The plumber showed me two short wax seal were used rather than one proper one and it was never bolted down. (A five dollar part). Now I have $1200 worth of drywall damage to my kitchen ceiling.
