I bought my mom a mother’s ring in December 2025 for Christmas. Unfortunately, a couple weeks ago, one of the stones fell out. I contacted Chloe Lee and she informed me that the ring was not built to wear everyday. She would offer me a discount to remake the ring, but she wouldn’t refund me. If it had been within 1 month of purchasing it, she would 🤯 but since it had been 6 months, she wouldn’t. I won’t be doing business with her ever again.
Ordered two engraved pet pendants, was extremely disappointed in the quality and how the images turned out. Tried reaching out to customer service to see if I could return both pendants, because the return policy on their website is extremely vague. I tried emailing them twice, received no response either time. Now the return window, if there ever was one, has closed. I do not recommend giving any business to such an unprofessional company.
My mother recently passed away and I wanted to buy an urn necklace for her ashes. I searched google and found this place. I called their location and the person on the phone was patient and sent me their catalog to choose from. She took my order over the phone and I was able to pick up in a couple of hours. 10/10 experience!
So I apply for a job and go to for an interview and the manager just seem so disconnected, like not talking this serious or something along those lines . I feel he made up his mind and just gave me the interview of courtesy since it was already. Seriously don't waste my time if there is no serious effort on your behalf
Cheap looking. Purchased an urn pendant for my sons ashes. I would be ashamed to put part of his remains in such a cheap looking POS! The plastic "stone" is alarmingly cheap looking, and back if the pendant has rub marks and scratches. Looks like I won it at a carnival!
