She's never listened to my issues/symptoms, has wrong info written down in MyChart, has lied about being unqualified to prescribe medication for any reason, despite prescribing it to me before, she's made a disgusting comment about an assault I went through, and has walked out of appointments early, needing me to schedule another, which she refused to listen to me for, we don't have much money, and that's 2 entire appointments wasted
