Really excellent customer service from reception same day appointment and the consultation was incredibly informative and helpful at every moment I felt as though my needs were completely met and I left with some helpful exercises to hopefully get my knee back on track.
Freya was amazing at freeing up my shoulders and neck! Felt the benefit immediately and the sense of well being lasted for days. Will be back, as i feel like there might be a fair bit still to work on thanks to my awful posture but i know Freya will fix it!
