Incredibly disappointed with the treatment received in response to an inquiry. I've followed AIM on instagram for some time and was impressed with the purportedly inclusive and technically adept nature of the tribe. It was an absolute shock to hear how my mother was treated when she made an inquiry based on my recommendation. The dismissive manner in which she was told she was too old and wasn't sufficiently strong enough to become a member makes a mockery of the inclusive ethos AIM purports to run on. I have been at AIM for 1 year and am still excited to get up and attend my classes!! I love the personalised approach, feeling heard and setting goals. I love that the group classes are changed up every 8-12 weeks to keep things fresh and work on different skills. The coaches are supportive, knowledgeable and their attention to detail is something else. This challenges me to concentrate on what really matters in a movement before building on that.
