When I called then answered all of my questions and concerns. Unfortunately I had a 4 day wait because they were booked. I had to have someone drive me 40 minutes to get a boot for my broken ankle, when 5 other places failed me. I just needed a walking boot, so the fitter called my insurance company before hand and was able to get my boot accepted, so I basically went it, he put it on and ai left! Quick and easy!
