I’m with everybody else. Horrible. If you use them, the results are your fault.
Just got a run around now wouldn’t even Answer the phone
They never have answered a phone. Lol you automatically get a recording saying they're away from their desk and they will return your call... which never happens either. I used them about 4 or 5 years ago and it wasn't like this. I've tried 4 times now so I'm moving on to a different business. This is awful.
Awful experience dealing with their billing and insurance staff. Can’t get anyone to call back, don’t seem to really care about customer service in the slightest,
