Terrible customer service - staff are rude and unhelpful when an issue arose. I would not recommend based on my experience.
I am a regular at Anatomica, but my first experience with Dr. Pham for chiropractic care. He made me feel very at ease, explained eveything that he was doing, and really demonstrates a lot of care. I would highly recommend.
DO NOT BOOK IF YOU HAVE A 0.1% CHANCE YOU MIGHT CANCEL. I literally went into labour and gave birth the morning of my appointment and they still charged me the late cancellation fee. Last week I left a voicemail at 5:23am to cancel my 10:15 appointment with Sherif Darrag since I felt contractions and was going into labour. At 9:08am they called about the appointment I’m like I just had a baby. I had a prenatal massage at Anatomica with Melanie and I have nothing but great things to say! The front desk staff was friendly, the massage room was larger than most places I’ve gone to and had the nice lighting & music ambiance. Melanie had all the prenatal gear needed (different cushions for different pregnancy belly sizes). She was super professional and knew all of the requirements for giving a safe and amazing prenatal massage. She even gave me specific stretches for my problem areas at the end.
