I am giving 2 stars instead of just 1 because the representative I spoke with in their billing office was helpful and understanding of my frustration over receiving a collection notice for an amount I already paid. This was my first time receiving a collections notice, so it was upsetting. Here's what happened: I received a statement on 6/26 with a due date of 7/26. Refused my payment on $800 bill and are threatening to send me to collections! Its ridiculous! I have called multiple time and spoke with multiple people including supervisors and they all say the same thing! They refuse to take a $25 payment! Something needs to be done

Good luck trying to pay your bill on line or by phone!!!!! And I am sure they will report a poor credit rating because you are late due to these circumstances.
