What a joke – The credit card machine went down on Valentine's night and they held my party hostage for an hour without so much as a kind word or a cup of coffee. The manager kept disappearing, not keeping us abreast of what was happening, and when asked he became rude and passive aggressive, as if our time was less important than his.
