I have lived at Anatole on Macarthur for 3 almost 4 years. This past year (2025) plus the beginning of 2026 has been the WORST and I am so happy to move. The leasing office is useless, you get about 3 different answers everytime you call. 24 hour maintenance is a LIE i have had to call them twice this past 2025 year and have had no help! with the old management I never had this issue. I give them 1 star ⭐️ the reason why it’s because I completed my lease contract with them and I did give them 60 days ahead heads up that I will be moving out and not gonna stay at this place any more I sent them an email 📧 of that for proof and now they want me to pay them $2,000 because they said I didn’t let them know in 30-60 days ahead and I did the good thing I have an email of it and they also charge a lot of money on deposit rent and others plus you have to get home insurance as well this place is a big NO!!! Cinthia is an awesome leasing agent but the luxury apartment complex itself is scattered with dog poop in front of apartments, courtyard, and dog park. They have dog bags provided but looks like residents/maintenance are not cleaning the poop up. Lots of holes in the dog park so be careful not to break an ankle.

Staff are exceptionally good to work with. I was able to find an apartment suiting all of my needs and the needs of my disabled mother whom I now care for. Stephanie is very friendly, understanding and professional. Thank you Stephanie. Sherry as well. Both took care of me. I am happy to be moving in this month.

Well how do I start. I was looking at apartments here at this Oklahoma location and confirmed a One bedroom apartment. Started the process.
