As somebody who has been here a year and a half if not a little bit longer, I have posted my original review of Anatole under Grayson. Now because I’ve already wrote a review it won’t let me go back in underneath that email that I have. So here goes it I had a work order put in yesterday and I’ll be shocked that they came that day and fixed my work order. The maintenance here are absolutely fantastic! Well how do I start. I was looking at apartments here at this Oklahoma location and confirmed a One bedroom apartment. Started the process. Move in, this place was bad. Floor damage, cabinets falling apart, back door has break in marks, half done repairs, leaking faucets.The maintenance team was horrendous and would either take days/weeks to show up, not repair things or just never show. I lived here for 5 years in the north side. The dog park is a safety hazard with the fence broken (for years), dog tunnel installed on the wrong side so paws get stuck and the park itself has no actual grass just weeks, stickers and crab grass all while advertised as luxury. The gym and laundry facility has been closed for over 7 months, non residents use the pool every weekend and blast music and smash glass and management does nothing unless they’re called and then they shut down the pool for a few days. The dog park entrance floods when it rains and they put the tube together wrong, the holes are suppose to be on the sides not the bottom and top so your dog can’t go inside it unless they wanna break their legs. I have lived here for six months. Horrible experience. It can take a very long time to get ahold of anyone in the office. Staff are rude when you to final get them. Maintenance is very slow. My AC has gone out three times this summer. It does not work well when it does work. Other things in the apartment have need work like Refrigerators and washing machine. It takes weeks to get them fixed. Parking is a mess and I have to pay for a parking space. Can't use the pool half the time because of large loud parties. I am breaking ... read more
