Staff are exceptionally good to work with. I was able to find an apartment suiting all of my needs and the needs of my disabled mother whom I now care for. Stephanie is very friendly, understanding and professional. Thank you Stephanie. Sherry as well. Both took care of me. I am happy to be moving in this month.
The Anatole has a whole new team in the office, and they are amazing!!!! The leasing agents are very helpful, they work hard to get things done. Michelle the manager is very sweet and understanding when it comes to life changes. Tammy is amazing as well, she’s so kind and caring. Keep up the good work ladies!!!!
In 2022 my husband and I moved here under the guise that there would be year-round pool, not heated, and a gym space available. We rented a two bed, two bath apartment on the third floor for $1,100 a month, on top of which were various maintenance fees, utilities, etcetera--all well and good. However, 6 months in the gym for our complex is closed for "renovations." No work has been done in that space, and it was still closed when we moved out. I have lived here for six months. Horrible experience. It can take a very long time to get ahold of anyone in the office. Staff are rude when you to final get them. Maintenance is very slow. My AC has gone out three times this summer. It does not work well when it does work. Other things in the apartment have need work like Refrigerators and washing machine. It takes weeks to get them fixed. Parking is a mess and I have to pay for a parking space. Can't use the pool half the time because of large loud parties. I am breaking ... read more
This place will take your money and you’ll never hear from them, again. Urging employees to move people into roach infested units and letting the new manager, Michelle Falls, add bogus $1,500 charges to resident’s accounts. The company is going bankrupt because of their own bad decisions and trying to get their money any way possible. These issues were brought to the attention of Grace Jones (Senior VP) and Rita Dudley (HR) with no solution or response. It’s a shame NE Property Management has turned into this.
