I’ve had nothing but problems since new property management company (first choice management) took over in 2024. 1. When they took over they had delays in getting contracts for utilities, which is fine, but when they didn’t have those fees invoiced by the third of the month, they sent out a threatening email, saying residents would be charged late fees if not paid immediately, despite the lease clearly stating that added charges are due 16 days after posting.
