I truly enjoy working with the residents and staff.
I have been a resident since 2020 and the staff does a great job accommodating us seniors.The manager is a great manager and she is firm but always ready to assist if needed. I also like that the maintenance person keeps th building nice. The resident service manager keep us entertained with activities. I also volunteer with the other Pace building. I'm looking forward to thr summer picnic sin e I will throw down on the grills
I’m impressed with the activities the building provides. I have been there visiting family and my aunt likes the art class that they offer monthly. She has all her painting displayed. They also have Bingo and Game Nights.
The apartment building is clean, secure and the staff is awesome in answering questions, providing support to the residents. The apartments are spacious and updated with tile, bathrooms and kitchen cabinets. I like that there are designated space for the residents to enjoy outside.
This is a very nice place with very nice people. The environment is peaceful and safe. The security guards are very attentive. The staff are extremely helpful.
