Very unprofessional and very rude. It took them a week to get back in touch with me after leaving several messages. They only had morning appointment available and have to wait a week to get in for Groupon customers. She act as if she didn’t want to help and was breathing hard on the phone because I was asking questions. The Groupon was $51 and wanted me to pay $26 tip for a manicure and pedicure. Awesome service for my first visit. I will definitely use them again. This was my husbands second visit. He was so happy with them that he booked my appointment and his this time as a couples massage. Loved it.
My 1 o'clock (hour)appointment was 20 minutes late starting, but I wasn't concerned as I figured time would be extended. It wasn't...I was dressed and in the lobby BEFORE 2 o'clock where a $15 gratuity was automatically charged. I voiced my dissatisfaction and was told the owner would get back to me. It never happened!!
Amazing! The most relaxing place I have been in Oklahoma.
The girls that did the massage were pleasant. We used a Groupon that was given to us for a Christmas gift. We felt we were treated as leftovers because of it. We could not schedule when we wanted because it was a Groupon and had to pretty much take what you were offered. I guess it is true that once they have their money that is all that matters..
