I was an established patient of Dr. Manessis and this was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I have had. I waited nearly 3 months for a follow-up appointment with Dr. Manessis. On the day of the appointment, I waited more than 2.5 hours and ultimately had to leave because I had to return to work before I was seen. If I could give this office zero stars, I would. From the beginning, my experience here has been incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional. During my very first appointment, the main doctor Dr. Mannesis commented on my appearance and called me “beautiful,” which immediately crossed a professional boundary for me. After that experience, I specifically requested not to see him again and switched to only seeing a female provider and doing telehealth visits. While the medical care may be fine, very frustrating experience with this office. It is almost impossible to reach anyone, calls always go to voicemail, and messages are rarely returned. Even when you’re told to email the doctor or leave a message for medication needs, you don’t get a response. It makes you wonder what the point of these communication options is if no one follows up. I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule a follow-up appointment with this office. When I first called, the person who said her name was Stella was extremely rude. She told me the first available appointment was in June. When I asked if I could speak with someone else because I didn’t appreciate her lack of manners, she simply put me on hold.
