While the medical care may be fine, very frustrating experience with this office. It is almost impossible to reach anyone, calls always go to voicemail, and messages are rarely returned. I had a very frustrating experience trying to schedule a follow-up appointment with this office. When I first called, the person who said her name was Stella was extremely rude. She told me the first available appointment was in June. When I asked if I could speak with someone else because I didn’t appreciate her lack of manners, she simply put me on hold. Never had a problem here. But today a staff member called me to confirm my mother’s appointment. Since the start she was speaking with an attitude and upset cause I had not confirmed the appointment through their text message system. Was rushing me to say yes or no if my mother was going to the appt and I told her I wanted to reschedule and got more upset. Did not want to reschedule me and transferred me to someone else to do it but I obviously hung up because that totally made me not want to bring my mother back to this off... read more
0 stars. Save time and go elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional, lack of medical competence, office staff is lazy & rude. Update- still doesn’t answer the phone & double billed me for blood test. Refused to give me test results
