Since this business deleted my first review: Please go anywhere else. Do not waste your time here. This practice does not prioritize patient health or care, their priority is getting paid and billing you and your insurance as much as possible. First, I waited 40 minutes past my appointment time to be seen by the NP. It took over three weeks to receive my bloodwork, which I was told repeatedly was Quest's fault, but given the way this office has treated me, I'm going to guess there was more to the reason that delayed it. Dr. Manessis and his team in Bay Ridge are outstanding. They are knowledgeable, caring, and truly dedicated to their patients. My mom struggled with uncontrolled diabetes for years, but under Dr. Manessis care, her glucose is finally under control. I initially scheduled an appointment with Dr. Manessis last year and waited approximately three months to be seen. Just prior to my appointment, I was informed via text that I would first be seen by the physician assistant, followed by Dr. Manessis.
