William Anastasio presented himself as a Landlord tenant expert while in reality, he is lacking in experience, and is not familiar with the legal process of serving paper which caused my case to be delay and dismiss. He also did not follow the instruction of the client which resulted in my case being dismissed. He also does not respond to my communication which I have given him 2 prior warnings and he promised to change but never did.
