I had a wonderful experience with Jill, who helped me find the perfect pearl and gave me an incredible talk on what to look for and the qualities to see in a pearl! She was lovely to talk to and had so many options for me - as someone who knew nothing about pearls, I felt super cared for and supported in my decision!
