I’m really disappointed with my experience. I purchased a Groupon for Botox and scheduled my appointment. I hadn’t been to this provider in over a year, so I genuinely didn’t realize the fine print said “new customers only.” When I arrived for my appointment — after taking time off work and driving there — I was turned away.
