I called several times to schedule air duct cleaning but no one ever answered the phone. I tried registering online but it only accepts American zip code so it wouldn't accept my registration. I gave up and went with another company who responded immediately and provided quick and excellent service.
The Anasa employees were very efficient and respectful. They cleaned all my duct work in the house including the dryer. They cleaned up after themselves. No mess. Customer service is excellent. I would definitely use this company again.
Very good experience. Gentlemen were professional and really took their time to clean all the air ducts and dryer vent. My only other experience with another company was for double the price charged by Anasa and they were there half the time Anasa was. Definitely will call again in the future.
