I had been hospitalized for a broken back, a broken wrist, and it had it's been weeks since I had had a proper shampoo i had dry skin, build up on my scalp. They took the time to completely clean every single bit. Of dry skin from my scalp. They shampood. My hair as many as seven times and she scrubbed it, and she combed my scalp, until it was perfect, then did a deep conditioner. They dried it and flat ironed it. I walked out.I feeling like a queen
