My wife came out this establishment today so upset to the point she was almost in tears. I usually compliment her after getting her hair done to look beautiful. This time all I could say was "baby is your hair going to fall out due to being burnt?" All I could smell was burnt hair when she got into the car." I have been going to Ana II salon for atleast 2 yrs. Today was the worst experience of my life. I went for a wash/set/blowout. I have alopecia so my scalp is already sensitive. When I say this lady was so rough with my hair I could have just cried. She burned me 3 separate times. She was taking the brush and just beating my scalp as if she was mad at my head.
