Girl was aggressively rude, no smile no welcome no friendly. Patronizing energy. Lady was soo friendly to whoever she was talking to on the phone, as soon as she see me she acts ungrateful.
Eyebrows look great. But I have a bad wax burn after.
They do a great job 7/10 times, they need to stop rushing and give their clients their full 100% undivided attention. Eyebrows are a BIG deal one small mess up and you are screwed. Please do better.Attitudes could definitely be more uplifting as well, EVERY single time I come here I feel as though they don’t want me here.
