I always have an amazing experience at Ana’s Dominican salon! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the service was exceptional. A big thank you to Ana for her incredible work. She took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I envisioned. My hair has never looked better! I wasn’t able to reply, so here is my message to you, Ana. Your response is unprofessional and unnecessarily combative. To clarify, I did not call on a holiday—I called during your listed business hours, and I have proof of that. If your salon was closed, a simple and professional response explaining that would have sufficed. Instead, you chose to be rude, dismissive, and accusatory.
