Deep Clean in Name Only. Empty house, paid for a deep clean, moved into dusty arches, cobwebbed corners, dirty switches/baseboards, and unclean windows. Couldn’t unpack. They rescheduled, returned ~2 weeks later, rushed the job, and said many items “weren’t included.” The landlord provided proof of deep-clean pricing and is now hiring someone else.
