I called on the phone at the Monroe location to see if they take walk in she said yes ! I arrived at 10:03 no one was in the shop left and came back about 10:25 pulled on the door no one was working
They are fast, friendly and they do great work. I always use them for my box braid styles.

Honestly I wouldn’t even give a star. First of all I showed them a picture of how I wanted my hair. Ana says ok we can do it, but you should not get the braids big because they will not last long. So I said ok as long as I can still do an updo like on the picture. I asked for knotless box braids. These braids are not knotless and they are so tight I can barely lift them, forget about putting in a ponytail. I paid anyway but I will never go there again nor would I recommend anyone else.
