Had my brand new 15000 hx Duromax generator worked on by Mike. He and Duromax determined that it could not be repaired and they decided to warranty out the unit and sent him a brand new generator to “break in for me”. After 3 weeks of no communication I called Mike and found out my brand new generator that Duromax sent him for whatever reason was sitting in his garage. If you want someone who is going to be honest, helpful and reasonably priced this is your guy! Wanted to get our generator fixed before the upcoming freeze and he was helpful by phone and in person. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again should we ever need to!
