I don't recommend calling on a Monday morning... I called hoping to get my cold storage unit checked over before the first start of the season, and possibly inquire about moving the little compressor to a more convenient location. When they picked up, I asked a usual, "hello, how are you", they told me they "don't have time for chit chat". We called Dave in at our place of business to repair our ice machine. Dave was prompt, professional, and courteous; he is EXTREMELY knowledgeable at what he does. Dave only did what had to be done in repairing our ice machine, and it is working 100% now.
