In October of 2023 I had to start physical therapy for an L5/S1 back injury that I incurred in August. The pain was excruciating and every nerve was firing in my left leg. My back specialist recommended that I go to PT along with pain mgmt therapy. Being new to the area, I had no idea where to go.
