Stay far away from this place. I just called in for a follow up appointment. I said, “I’d like to schedule a follow up appointment for the reason I was there last.” Mario proceeded to tell me it was for labs & nothing else was charted. I was there for more personal reasons last. It should be on file if it needs to be looked at; I shouldn’t have to tell a front desk person over the phone. I have a rare condition that many doctors have never heard of. To my pleasant surprise, not only did Dr. Reddy know about it, he was also able to refer me to two particular UCSD doctors who had recently published a study on it. Dr. Reddy's office staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment within a week of them receiving the referral from my PCP.

This is not the place you want to go to. Was sent home with Gerd symptoms after endoscopy and told to come back in 5 years. After finding out I had Gerd returned and his nurse Melissa refused to send a referral to a specialist nor return phone calls to send me to someone that can help.

I called Dr. Joseph Reddy after getting a referral for him. His office told me they didn't have my referral on record, even though it had been at least a week since my PCP had sent it. A few days later I received a call from Dr. Ananthram Reddy's office, telling me to call them back. Since this isn't the doctor I got a referral for, it confused me, being at a different longer distance office and different name.
