Be VERY carful when making an appointment here. The people who make appointments don’t read your whole file, so they will make an appointment for someone your insurance doesn’t cover and then change your appointment with out telling you. I hope my experience changes when I am finally seen but very disappointed. I walked in on the appointment day and was told I don’t have an appointment, it goes changed the day before but I got no call saying they had to change my appointment.

Hi. I used to be a patient of Dr.Reddy. He was at the time so far the best GI doctor I had seen for my health issues. I wasn't able to continue care there and moved. I have tried, my current doctors have tried to make contact with your office so I could obtain medical records. So far, since moving back home, I have still been having abnormal bloodwork with no answers. A previous doctor committed malpractice so I was referred to Dr Reddy so someone qualified could take over. Unfortunately that was not the case. After 4 weeks of going back and forth with the office trying to get scheduled based on my referral, someone finally said "we don't take 2nd opinion referrals." 4 weeks ago was the time you should have said that. Now I'm in constant pain and your inability to run an office is contributing to that. Shame on you.
