I have a rare condition that many doctors have never heard of. To my pleasant surprise, not only did Dr. Reddy know about it, he was also able to refer me to two particular UCSD doctors who had recently published a study on it. Dr. Reddy's office staff were friendly and efficient. I was able to get an appointment within a week of them receiving the referral from my PCP.

This is not the place you want to go to. Was sent home with Gerd symptoms after endoscopy and told to come back in 5 years. After finding out I had Gerd returned and his nurse Melissa refused to send a referral to a specialist nor return phone calls to send me to someone that can help.

I called Dr. Joseph Reddy after getting a referral for him. His office told me they didn't have my referral on record, even though it had been at least a week since my PCP had sent it. A few days later I received a call from Dr. Ananthram Reddy's office, telling me to call them back. Since this isn't the doctor I got a referral for, it confused me, being at a different longer distance office and different name. I’ve been helping a family member with their appointments here and we’ve been so disappointed and frustrated. This is a poorly run clinic, with poor communication between the various administrative staff and practitioners. I have left important messages on voicemail with no call back or response. We have never seen the doctor here, only seen the nurse practitioner who does not seem fully prepared for the appointment and then needs to consult with the doctor midway about the recommendations.
