I’ve been helping a family member with their appointments here and we’ve been so disappointed and frustrated. This is a poorly run clinic, with poor communication between the various administrative staff and practitioners. I have left important messages on voicemail with no call back or response. We have never seen the doctor here, only seen the nurse practitioner who does not seem fully prepared for the appointment and then needs to consult with the doctor midway about the recommendations. I had an upper endoscopy at your facility, and it was by far the worst experience I have ever had. During the procedure, I woke up midway and felt extremely uncomfortable. I could hear the conversations between the doctor and the nurse. I tried to call out, but no one responded or noticed my distress. I felt severe pain in my esophagus. After the procedure, I was dizzy, nauseous, and very unwell. I have undergone endoscopies before, but I have never experienced anything like this. 8/30/25 UPDATE: besides the people who make the appointments I’ve been extremely pleased with everyone there. They are very kind and knowledgeable and are doing so much to help me. Very pleased! Be VERY carful when making an appointment here. The people who make appointments don’t read your whole file, so they will make an appointment for someone your insurance doesn’t cover and then change your appointment with out telling you. I walked in on the appointment day and was told I don’t have an appointment, it goes changed the day before but I got no call saying they had to change my appointment.
Hi. I used to be a patient of Dr.Reddy. He was at the time so far the best GI doctor I had seen for my health issues. I wasn't able to continue care there and moved. I have tried, my current doctors have tried to make contact with your office so I could obtain medical records. So far, since moving back home, I have still been having abnormal bloodwork with no answers.
