A previous doctor committed malpractice so I was referred to Dr Reddy so someone qualified could take over. Unfortunately that was not the case. After 4 weeks of going back and forth with the office trying to get scheduled based on my referral, someone finally said "we don't take 2nd opinion referrals." 4 weeks ago was the time you should have said that. Now I'm in constant pain and your inability to run an office is contributing to that. Shame on you.
I have been a patient of Dr Reddy for a few years. He's an amazing doctor! He listens to you, he's very compassionate. He's honest enough to refer you out to another doctor just for the patient's satisfaction. Dr Reddy also treated my mother for many years and I was very satisfied with him as well as his staff.
