I asked for a root touch up and barley got a highlight. I payed $160 for this and a trim. When I called back to explain that I couldn't even wear my hair up without outgrowth showing, my hairdresser told me that I'd have to pay for the color again. When I asked her to use foil she apparently thought that meant I wanted a slight highlight that didn't even match the rest of my hair? I had my first appointment with Kat yesterday. She was great! I got highlights for the first time in more than 8 years and they look amazing! She did a great job of making me comfortable and really listened to what I wanted. Will definitely be back!
