Check in was very easy. The wait time in the lobby was less than 5 minutes. The assistant took all the vitals and updated any records needed. He was friendly and showed he cared about me as a person and enjoyed doing his job. The wait time for Dr. Arora to enter the room was almost immediately after he left the room. Dr. Arora was pleasant and friendly. She went over the labs and gave easy to understand language about the labs. She let me engage in conversation and address any concerns.
