The best PCP I could ever ask for. He's thorough with my medical health and pays attention to details. I'm always comforted knowing that I'm in his care as a patient. It’s called “Patient Abandonment”, thats on YOU and the new management of your practice. You destabilized my life for years. You and your new management should be sued. That’s the fact, and medical records from the pharmacy databases support everything I’m saying. It harmed me and my children. I wish what you and your new practice did to me, on know one. You had an obligation to continuity of care. Reach out to me at the email that you should still have on files, if you care at all.
Dr Som is an excellent doctor. He was a calm steady presence throughout a difficult health crisis involving many specialists. We were fortunate to have him as our primary care physician
