Dr. Gupta took over almost all of Dr. Yu's patients when Dr. Yu moved away. Yes in the beginning the wait was really long, but the staff was always pleasant and supportive. We've been with her now for many years and we don't regret it. We help train other doctors and nurses and our care has improved and getting better as time progresses.
I was referred to Dr. Madhu Gupta by Dr. Kim Yu approximately 8 years ago because she was leaving her practice. She referred all of her patients to Dr. Gupta. I have degenerative disc disease and have had 4 back surgeries. When I started with Dr. Gupta, it was very slow because she was merging two doctors offices together. That was soon corrected we didn't have that long wait anymore. I like to be very honest here and I am not judging her on a personal level. I think Dr. Madhu Gupta is a very lovely woman. How ever my first complaint is she has students running her office with no real experience and no professional to help guide these students. They learn as they go or from who ever has been there for a few weeks. Its a constant revolving door of students here. And like I said no RN or person of experience.
