I love Ananda Chiro! Dr. Hem is a gem. I went to her in the middle of 2021 because I was experiencing discomfort in my right hip and thigh area. She assessed me, worked with my body and taught me along the way. Dr. Hem has taught me to many helpful trick or stretches to prevent injury or improve my bodies recovery. Her work has allowed me to continue to do the things I love like running, hiking and different physical activity. Thank you for providing excellence and relief!

I was feeling so achy everything felt tight and compressed I couldn't turn my head without feeling it pull to my mid back.. went in for a quick 30min treatment OMG I feel so good thank you Dr. HEM body feels light as a feather and I don't have to drive with a water bottle behind me. water bottle usually helps to roll it out while I drive 😬💆🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️😊💚💚💚💚💚💚💚
Dr Hem is amazing! I went to her when I was pregnant and I had lower back pain. She was so accommodating to my pregnancy needs and she is so knowledgeable about pregnancy and babies. She is now treating me for my postpartum pregnancy and also my daughter. She is so gentle and my daughter does so great with during her adjustments. She is amazing and I would recommend 100%!
I was referred to Ananda Chiropractor by a young friend with no health issues. I decided to go because I had back pain from a car accident.
