I brought my mother to her appointment which was scheduled for 9:20am we arrived at 8:50 am, there was one patient ahead of her and my mother was called back at 9:45 am. This is ridiculous!!! The front office staff never acknowledged her with at least I apologize the doctor is running behind or anything. But they clearly have a sign that states that if the patient arrives 15 minutes late they will have to reschedule and cannot be seen that day. Do better please.
Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment and had to leave without seeing HCP.
After seeing multiple doctors at 3 different hospitals, and even being discharged by my PCP of 20 years, telling me I was just constipated and had an infection in my spine, Dr Shah referred to the right specialist for surgery. And finally after a year of paralyzing back pain, I can sleep in my bed and walk without a walker! Thank you Dr. Shah for caring!
Dr. Shah,where do I start?? Such a caring Doctor who takes his time,listens to you,answers your questions and definitely helps to find answers to your concerns!! I love the fact that he takes his time,doesn't rush you and always makes sure you are a patient,NOT a number. Sure,you may wait a lil bit,but look at the care and time that's spent with you while he's in the room,so that explains why the "wait"!!
