Until today, I had always received good care from this practice. The wait times can be extremely long, but I generally felt the quality of care made it worthwhile. One ongoing challenge has been getting routine bloodwork completed. Because appointments often run behind schedule, there have been multiple occasions where I fasted all day in preparation for lab work, only to find that the lab had closed by the time my appointment ended. I brought my mother to her appointment which was scheduled for 9:20am we arrived at 8:50 am, there was one patient ahead of her and my mother was called back at 9:45 am. This is ridiculous!!! The front office staff never acknowledged her with at least I apologize the doctor is running behind or anything. But they clearly have a sign that states that if the patient arrives 15 minutes late they will have to reschedule and cannot be seen that day. Do better please.
Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment and had to leave without seeing HCP.
After seeing multiple doctors at 3 different hospitals, and even being discharged by my PCP of 20 years, telling me I was just constipated and had an infection in my spine, Dr Shah referred to the right specialist for surgery. And finally after a year of paralyzing back pain, I can sleep in my bed and walk without a walker! Thank you Dr. Shah for caring!
