I can’t recommend Dr. Shah enough. It’s rare to find a doctor who actually listens n makes you feel heard, but Dr. Shah goes ABOVE n BEYOND every single time. His empathy is genuine; he takes the time to really understand what’s going on rather than just rushing through an appointment. Every doctor should aim to be like him. He truly is one of a kind. Update: Since the addition of Dr Shah's NP the scheduling has gotten better. The staff has been great and the visits are smooth sailing.
Until today, I had always received good care from this practice. The wait times can be extremely long, but I generally felt the quality of care made it worthwhile. One ongoing challenge has been getting routine bloodwork completed. Because appointments often run behind schedule, there have been multiple occasions where I fasted all day in preparation for lab work, only to find that the lab had closed by the time my appointment ended.
