I like the doctor and his team, they all seem to be very efficient an nice.. I liked the the doctor from my first visit if you're wanting to see him don't hesitate.. the office area is clean, the waiting area is clean, an the exam rooms are clean.. he came recommended from my kidney doctor..
This Doctor office is the worst. They are so hard to get a hold of and when you finally do they put you on hold for 30-40 min. Beatrice the receptionist is so rude. She is quick to rush you off the phone without helping the patient. Then when asked to speak to the person in change she puts the doctor on the phone. The doctor does not care that his receptionist was rude. Not one apology. So very unprofessional
Very good Doctor!
They kept hanging the phone up instead of answering and saying they are too busy to talk. This happened at least ten times.
