1+ waiting time for an appointment
Doctor Faidi seems to get frustrated really fast and speaks his mind about it. The appointment turn into a lecture more than what the appointment is about. But maybe I’m wrong because it’s our first time there and we just forgot to bring the medication for them to identify and got lectured about it.
This is the second time they made an appointment then when I got there they said it’s wasn’t the right time for my appointment Dr needs better office help because would rather say it’s you that got the time wrong you can play a recording of them telling you the time but you’re still wrong so ready to go somewhere else
They are so friendly. My dad was a new patient and we were coming from Modesto and was a little late. They still seen us and didn't treat us differently. They were great.
So far, my experience has been good. I’m a new patient.
