First time getting an oil change on my new car and normally I change my own oil, but decided to have a shop do it instead. Glad I did. The old oil filter was put on so tight at the dealership, removing it broke the oil filter housing. They replaced it for me free of charge and in record time considering they had to get a new part from somewhere else. Thank you! I will definitely be back.

All I’m going to say the told my grandpa that I was hit the o/d button while driving with now I have witness that I’m not. I was going up a hill and it started blinking and it stalled out on Seacrest Road. They told him it was fine to drive. I’m calling them tomorrow to either get a refund for what they did to my truck or for them to actually get the job done. But after I will never go here again after.
