Awesome 😁 and very kind!
Simple virtual experience. They scheduled the appt very quickly for me, and it was easy. They had some issues with the portal (seems to be a running theme), but their current method works just fine without having to download new software.
Dr. Hareem was a great provider of care. She succinctly addressed all my questions and concerns. I feel I am in attentive and knowledgeable hands. Her staff were also courteous and efficient. My only complaint is that my appointment was rescheduled by the office on the day of the visit, which was a bit of an inconvenience. Otherwise, I am well pleased with the medical care.
