Shocked to see a 2 star review. I had a case In which I had my screen replaced for my Cadillac. I was told for over a year that they were waiting on the checks. Only to call a year and a half later and my claim got “denied” ? They said we didn’t tell them the reason why we got it repaired Which makes no sense whatsoever why would I get it repaired if the screen wasn’t broken. The representative on the phone got extremely nasty and defensive after one question. Long story short don’t waste your time with this company
I submitted the claim form they supplied along with receipt of repair. Months later the Analytics Co. Sent need additional info on exactly what was wrong with the CUE, the original form asked for the exact work that was performed!! This was on the invoice I submitted!! They DENIED the claim! Sound like a scam to keep the money!!!
I would never work with Blanchard & Walker PLLC again. I was a participant in the Saunders v. UIA settlement they administered. They mailed me a replacement settlement check with a written instruction that it had to be deposited within 30 days. I followed their instructions exactly. When I deposited the check, it bounced. Based on this experience, I would not trust them to handle consumer cases responsibly.
THIS FIRM IS ABSOLUTLY AWFUL!!! I HAVE CALLED THEM SO MANY TIMES BOUT MY SETTLEMENT AND ALL I GET IS THE RUN AROUND AND LIES!!!! I WAS TOLD A PROJECT MANAGER WOULD CALL ME AND THEY NEVER DID!!!! I ALSO HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE VOICEMAILS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK!!! ALSO WHEN I HAVE GOTTON THROUGH TO SO CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY HANG UP ON ME ALL THE TIME!
I am part of the C7 Corvette ZO6/Grand Sport cracked wheel warranty claim where GM has already admitted liability and claim forms sent out one year ago. Analytics Consulting LLC is supposed to be processing the claims! To date and after several phone calls, they continue to low me off and give no time frame as to when these claims will be processed!
