The owner and his manager are bigots, and they hold onto some very harsh stereotypes specifically about African Americans. This isn't a big deal in today's society, but the truth is they look at African Americans as less important. They will give them more work to do, have high expectations and restrict their ability to grow while pretending to enjoy and appreciate their hard work. Basic work done has been in business and helping private businesses for years. A great partner of our company and helps us to get products out as soon as possible. Unfortunately, they are understaffed, but as the pandemic clears up they should be able to pick up productivity. They have a group of excellent young interns/workers who enjoy what they do, and some older mid-aged women who set a great example.
