Friendly staff and great service. Lizzy helped me with all the tests that I needed and set me up with bottles.
Do not use unless you are a water expert and know exactly what you need. They did not measure PH, total disolved solids, iron, manganese, tannins, etc. We asked them what we should test for given our location. They only measured coliform and calcium for $150. Just do an online test as they cover everything and more for the same price. Whole house water filter companies at least require ph and total disolved solids and measuring tools on amazon can do those. Why didn't they do that at least?
