This ain’t the right place to do business with. The leadership is toxic and the way they run things is shady. If you’re gonna work us hard, at least pay us fair give us the standard pay.
A dishonest and unreliable place to do business
This is not a place I would recommend for doing business or working at. The environment is toxic and employees are not treated with respect. The CEO shows no accountability and continues to make poor decisions that affect everyone. Other entry-level jobs, offer better pay and more stability. If you are thinking about working here or dealing with this company, look somewhere else.
The CEO tends to lead with a highly controlling approach ( a control freak), which can make it difficult for employees to feel supported or valued. The overall environment came across as discouraging and low in morale ( Toxic). Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to recommend this workplace. There also appeared to be limited transparency in how the accounting department functions in relation to the CEO.
The work environment here can be pretty uncomfortable, especially because the CEO tends to get suspicious of women who talk to her husband, which creates a tense atmosphere. It felt unprofessional and made things awkward at times. Just something to be aware of if you're considering working here. I'm glad I've moved on, but I wanted to share my experience for others. Hopefully, the environment improves over time
