Called to schedule a test for a home sale. The woman I spoke with was so over the top rude it was obnoxious. Does she understand that I along with other home owners are paying her salary? Made an appt with one of their competitors and was treated with respect by the scheduler. Hey lady, you cost your company.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! Woman who answers the phone in the office is extremely rude and condescending. They told us we were getting our results done in 7-10 business days. When we called to get an update she was arguing that nobody ever told us that and that it was now going to be another week and half later than when we’re supposed to get it back. Most helpful in service. They walked us through the process of collecting our water for testing. We highly recommend them for well water testing.
I would never recommend that any one uses this laboratory, i find it so inappropriate to let your senior chemist Mikki Wakeman having this type of pictures uploaded on Tinder it just don't speak well of how disciplined you guys are with your Staffs
