Returned from a holiday to find my car rat damaged, Nev was available on the 2nd of January to get me back on the road quickly. Was cheerful and efficient, would definitely use Analyse Auto Electrics again.
Had issues with my battery and alternator for a while. Had taken it to 3 mechanics who said it was a new alternator and battery job and would cost approx $1000. Nev worked his magic and fixed it for $100. Highly recommend.
Has fair diagnosis and solid advice, but, I believe he overcharged me for that service. $90 for 2 x fuses + good advice. Took less than half an hour. I dunno, your call. You'll get the truth but at a hefty price.
Great to deal with, very knowledgeable
Left with more problems than I had when I dropped the car there in the first place. Neville is a nice bloke from what I gathered however after having my car with him for 3 days to fix a battery issue, I have left with a car which barely turned over and for some reason now has no working wipers. He was hard to get in touch with, left me waiting for half an hour when I went to pick up my car and didn't know what to do when I enquired about the wipers. Strongly recommend using someone else.
