I took my McIntosh amp to them for a voltage conversion from 220v to 110v and the service, quality of work and helpfulness was top notch. I am now taking my Linn CDP for a service job because I have come to trust the quality of work they deliver.
Ernesto and his staff helped me repair a special piece of equipment they normally don't service but he was kind enough to take on. They were very upfront about the process and cost estimates and communicative about updates and pick-up times. I highly recommend them and will come back if I ever need help with my speakers again.
