I had a crisis . Days after the crisis she offers an over the telephone appt. An appt was no longer needed. Then writes that I refused help. It's as if answering a 911 call 3 days later. I should've known being she is the only doctor that provides opiates to a person with a problem. A license doesn't make a doctor a good doctor..
