Very satisfied with my experience. Dr. Strayer is knowledgeable, professional and explains everything in detail. This is my third time having work done by Dr. Strayer and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Office staff is polite and tells you upfront any costs involved. Highly recommended.
Excellent office, doctor, and staff. Everything was explained in detail and I knew exactly what would happen next. The aftercare was thoroughly explained as well. I wasn’t thrilled to be in need of oral surgery but the kindness and consideration of everyone made an unpleasant experience the best it could be. Dr Queale even thanked me for being a pleasant patient. Highly recommend!
OMS has a very clean welcoming atmosphere. When you walk-in you are greeted by their reception desk. Then into a very nice waiting room. I haven't spent more than 5 to 10 minutes in there. Then I was taken into nicely spacious and clean exam room. I have had about 4 appointments over 4 years and had several extractions that have gone better than any I've had in my past. Dr Bob and his whole staff were incredible. They were all extremely personable and I went in for a small procedure on my mouth that Dr Bob did so good even my scar isn't noticeable! Thank you guys for the great work
Dr. Queale was very professional and his staff was incredibly nice. When I experienced complications after wisdom teeth removal, they were able to get me into the office quickly for a check-up and procedure. They were very comforting and kind, which I appreciate since I was in a lot of pain and very emotional. Dr. Queale and his staff handled the situation with a lot of care and understanding.
