I’ve been going to Dr Malkumian for about 4-5 years now .. and being a long time vegan chef myself I’m admitting that I can be a little weary of doctors in today’s medical system.. in general But I’m very glad I met Dr Malkumian she has always been very down to earth and understanding not pushing things on me. I always ask a lot of questions and she’s very well informed even on some 'western’ remedies She’s easy to talk to about matters which is huge I recommend her for anyone!
Doctor may be great BUT FRONT OFFICE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL! ESPECIALLY ANAHIT I THINK HER NAME IS….. TONE IS EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL SHE SPEAKS AS IF YOU OWE HER SOMETHING, I NICELY ASKED HER TO SEND MEDICAL NOTES TO THE DOCTOR THEY REFERRED US TO AND SHE WAS GIVING ME A RUDE EXPLANATION ON HOW THATS EXTREMELY A TIME CONSUMING JOB FOR HER TO DO, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE WAY TO HANDLE SUCH A BASIC TASK. Dr. Anaida Melkumian is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and caring. You can tell they truly care about their patients. One of the best doctors I’ve ever had — highly recommend.
